When will I know when pieces are restocked?

Our Instagram is active daily and our followers are always the first to know about sales, updates, new pieces, restocks, changes, etc.
Can I edit my order or address after confirming order?
We don't currently offer order cancellations. If you need to edit your address, please quickly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, our team will edit any mistakes you may have made.
Why are the prices listed in USD?
USD is the most common currency internationally. To make it even across the board for all of our customers, we decided to use only one currency. Even though it’s listed in USD, our prices are still converted to reflect our costs. (For example: if the piece is $130 CAD, we don’t list it as $130 USD, we convert it to $98 USD). The money will automatically be converted in your bank account to your country’s currency.
How soon will my order ship?
Our jewelry is generally sent out within 1-5 business days of purchase. Sometimes it can take longer but you will be given notice.
Where are your pieces made?
Our pieces are handmade in Toronto, Ontario by a leading and well respected family-run jeweler. We do outsource a few materials from the US and Italy.
What are your pieces made out of?
All of our pieces have the materials listed in the description.
Will yellow gold pieces always match perfectly?
Our solid gold and gold-filled pieces have a slightly different yellow tone than our plated pieces. Gold can naturally vary in colour depending on the gold itself or how it is plated. Although consistency is important to us, we can not guarantee that every piece is completely identical. This being said, all of our gold is 14 karats.
What is your refund policy?
We do offer full refunds within 10 days of a delivered order. In an event that you want to return your piece, you are welcome to ship it back to us. If it arrives unworn and in perfect condition, we will issue your money back directly to the method you originally used to pay. If you're returning swimwear, it must be unworn and with the hygienic liner still on the bottoms. Please email email@example.com to set up a return or for any more information.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges!

Europe - $12 USD
Mexico - $12 USD
Worldwide - $30 USD
*Please note that shipping to countries outside of North America and Europe can take months and there may be no tracking available. Please order at your own discretion.
Do you cover custom and duty fees?
Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs/duties/policies. The customer is responsible for those possible charges. Since policies vary country to country, please ask your local customs office for details.
Will I be updated on my order?
We will notify you when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered. You are welcome to track your package using your tracking number we will provide you with. Please note that Landia is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once delivered. To prevent stolen packages, please make sure to track and pick up your package as soon as it is delivered.
